You agree to the following. Termination of the program and any commissions earned will be void/forfeited without recourse should you do any of the following.

No spamming.
You cannot earn commission from your own purchase. Such attempts will be declined by the system and will be nullified.
Affiliate payments are made once a month, 7 business days after the first of the month.
Affiliate payments are made to Affiliates with a balance of at least $50 USD. Balances under $50 will be rolled over to the next month until the minimum payment amount is met.
All payments are sent through PayPal. Affiliates must have an active PayPal account to receive payment.
Affiliates that are United States citizens who earn more than $600 in a single year must submit IRS Form W-9 before receiving additional payment.
If a Referral cancels an account and receives a refund, then any commissions earned on the amount refunded will be revoked.

Terms & conditions

You agree that you are NOT allowed to do the following things if approved for the affiliate program. If you do any of the following, you will be terminated from the program and I will void (and you will forfeit) any commissions earned without recourse.

1.  No spamming. Promotion of PivotBoss products to an email list must be a list which purposely subscribed to you (preferably double opt-in).
  2. You cannot earn commission from your own purchase. Such attempts will be declined by the system and will be nullified.
  3. Affiliate payments are made once a month on the 15th of every month.
  4. Affiliate payments are made to Affiliates with a balance of at least $50 USD. Balances under $50 will be rolled over to the next month until the minimum payment amount is met.
  5.  All payments are sent through PayPal. Affiliates must have an active PayPal account to receive payment.
  6. You are solely responsible for keeping your information current in the event of a change of email address or PayPal account information.
  7. Affiliates that are United States citizens who earn more than $600 in a single year must submit IRS Form W-9 before receiving additional payment.
  8. Referrals must have cookies enabled.
  9. If a Referral cancels an account and receives a refund, then any commissions earned on the amount refunded will be revoked.
