Hey Folks! I was scanning my watch list and came across a stock that could be ripe for a solid breakout opportunity for tomorrow’s market. Microsoft Corporation (ticker: MSFT) has formed an Inside Value Relationship, which sets the stage for a big day.
The 15-minute chart of MSFT shows tomorrow’s pivot range (the squiggley indicator) will be within the boundaries of today’s pivot range (the horizontal pivot levels). This type of relationship is called the Inside Value Relationship. When this occurs, price is usually winding up for a breakout opportunity.
If MSFT opens the session beyond today’s price range, we could see a very nice trending opportunity in this stock. Watch $24.75 and $25.15 for signs of confirmation tomorrow, as a breakout could lead to very nice price action.
