Training Curriculum and Itinerary

All training will begin at 3pm Central, and will generally last between 90 and 120 minutes per session, especially during the first two weeks, which features our intensive Core Training program. The final four weeks will feature our Proprietary Training, which are lessons that can vary between 60 and 120 minutes.
Don’t worry if you can’t make a few (or any) of the sessions, as each session will be recorded and archived to the member Dashboard for replay at your convenience.
