The ES, NQ, and YM are trading within super narrow price ranges ahead of the RTH open as the market awaits testimony from Fed Chair Powell today at 9am CT, and also Wed at 9am CT. Expect further range-bound action, with the potential for headline risk volatility ahead. Crude Oil hit our 80.50 target, and could return back down within its range. Is Gold finding a lower high?
