DECEMBER 14, 2023 — THURSDAY AM
Wednesday’s FOMC statement and rate decision triggered a huge wave of buying, as the newly-minted FOMC key levels (see below) went immediately bid and rallied into the close. The ES, NQ, and YM are now trading within super narrow ranges ahead of Thursday’s RTH open, and continue to march higher in extremely bullish fashion, and are sitting a new highs above last year’s highs. While no rejections have been seen, we are sitting in lofty territory. Crude Oil is seeing another counter-trend bounce, and Gold bears continue to defend last month’s close price.
