AUGUST 18, 2025 — MONDAY AM
While Monday and Tuesday lack heavy econ reports, the latter part of the week will be highly Fed-focused, with FOMC Meeting Mins and Jackson Hole beginning Wednesday and finishing the week with Fed Chair Powell speaking Friday morning. Expect some early back and forth Monday and Tuesday, and for volatility to pick up later in the week. Can the ES, NQ, and YM find early lows today for a return into the trading range above? ES bulls need to keep 6450 bid, or a downside continuation may occur. Crude Oil can’t find a low, and Gold may be developing a great intraday key range. BTC and ETH are pulling back, but will this pullback offer another swing buying opportunity?
