AUGUST 22, 2025 — FRIDAY AM
Fed Chair Powell speaks at 9am CT, and has the potential to influence the market in a big way today. The volatility for the session could be quite a bit higher than normal, meaning the ES could see between 80 and 100 points, the NQ may see between 400 and 500 points of range, and the YM may see north of 600 points – IF we see expansion from Wednesday’s key range. If not, we may be building more energy for a forthcoming move next week. Crude Oil still needs above 64s, Gold remains in the chop zone, and ETH may see its next double.
