The NQ and CL have each developed narrow 8-day trading ranges, which suggests expansion may be ahead. Given the current trend, an upside break is expected, but continue to watch for signs of failure just in case. Gold continues to remain within the trading range that has formed above key range highs, which makes it a candidate for failure if 1700 can’t hold.
