The NQ filled the 10393 level yesterday and subsequently rallied off the level into the close, which opens the door to another buy the dip opportunity ahead. However, as this trend progresses you must continue to be mindful that all good trends come to an end at some point, and even a quick 5-day flush can be quite strong in the current environment. The 10525 level is the key level to watch for continued strength, or a potential failure in the near term. The ES is at the top of it’s key range, and is knocking on the door to a breakout…failure to do so, however, could lead to more range-bound action within the key range.
