The ES is knocking on the door of 3400, and a breakout through this level could open up much more upside ahead. However, rejection at this zone could lead to a 100 point pullback – at the very least. The NQ is building a narrow range over the last 5-6 days, which forecasts a breakout move of about 800-900 points ahead. Crude Oil remains strong, but has now reached 40, which has been a sticky level for CL. Gold needs above 1926 for a shot at a move to 2000 or beyond.
