The ES and NQ are currently trading within very narrow trading ranges post-NPF Report, and remain inside the previous session’s range. Each market remains near mHI, and could still see a major reaction at this level. Still, any pullback could offer a buying opportunity until proven otherwise. Crude Oil has pushed to new highs, and is attempting to break out from the 6-day narrow range, which forecasts a move above 48s. Gold continues to see strength, and has reached our first target at 1850, with 1875 still above. However, once this move plays out, will bears coming in to defend prior support? If so, a retest of recent lows could be seen.
