The ES and NQ have begun the month with a strong reversal from the previous week’s low price and are now above last month’s midpoint, which opens the door to the Jan high soon. Keep an eye on 2-day highs in the ES, as any failure to stay above these today could be very telling. Crude Oil has seen a very strong breakout from the 15-day narrow trading range, which forecasts an upside target between 58 and 60 ahead. Gold failed to find a way to break through 1880, which could lead to a bigger flush ahead, especially if price closes below 1840.
