AUGUST 17, 2021 — TUESDAY AM
The ES continues to remain bullish, as the PEMA trigger zone continues to provide support within the uptrending market. However, it has been mostly a melt up phase for the ES lately, lacking volatility. Monday’s session saw extreme reversals in both the ES and NQ that led to swift rallies, which could suggest that volatility may return soon, although we are still in the thick of the August doldrums. The NQ remains within an 18-day trading range, which could eventually lead to a breakout, although we may need to wait a bit more before that happens. Will Crude Oil finally test mLO? Can Gold stay above 1760 for a shot at 1835 ahead? We discuss in this pre-market video.
