The ES and NQ are trading within narrow ranges ahead of the RTH open after Monday’s heavy selling pressure, while the YM approaches yMID. Like Monday morning, any morning strength could be seen as a selling opportunity for eager bears, as this market appears to entering a risk-off phase for equities. Crude Oil put in a bullish FNL pattern in the previous session, which could lead to the next 7-point squeeze above. Gold remains extremely bullish, and could be headed to 2480 as a measured move target.
